Boardroom Yoga is created to begin your day prioritising the most important thing…you!

You will be guided through various stretches, breathing and mindfulness techniques to maintain and improve physical health and manage your mental wellbeing. It doesn’t matter if you haven’t done yoga before, feel unfit, or can’t touch your toes. I’ll guide everything slowly and show you the poses so that you can go at your own pace.

The sessions will help to strengthen and tone your body, improve flexibility, strengthen core, relieve pain, improve sleep, release tension in the body, quieten the mind and feel calm.

The sessions work and you will experience more clarity and calm, improved flexibility, movement, posture, pelvic floor strength and relief from any symptoms of prologued sitting such as aching backs, hips, neck and shoulders.

My focus is self-care and awareness, by getting out of your head and reconnecting to your body and the nature around you. 

Don’t worry if you haven’t done yoga before and you don’t feel fit or flexible. I’ve been teaching for 8 years, so you’re safe with me and everything is explained slowly. All poses can be modified for injuries (e.g. using a chair for support) and pregnancy, so that no matter where you’re at, you can participate and feel the benefit. It’s suitable if you experience insomnia, depression, anxiety, panic attacks and PTSD. You will feel the difference.
