My name is Louise, based on the Bellarine, Australia and I’m honoured to have met 100’s of Yoga Mamma’s in my sessions since 2012.

I’m passionate about sharing the benefits and gifts of what I’ve learned through yoga and how it’s helped me feel strong and centred, live more fully and with less fear and let go of what I can’t control and breath through the difficulties.

For over 20 years and while pregnant with my girls, I’ve done yoga because it makes me feel so good and I love it. Along with many meditation and mindset practices I’ve done it to feel fit and strong, to calm, ground and connect to myself and rebuild strength from birthing children and three hip operations. Over time, the practices have helped me work out who I am and my priorities and discern what I feel and enjoy.
I started yoga to overcome anxiety, panic attacks and depression after the death of my father over 20 years ago. Over time it helps me to observe my over-thinking mind and realise my unconscious thoughts and beliefs driving my actions. It helps me to feel my emotions and breath, regulate my nervous system and manage my injuries, unhealthy beliefs and triggers. 
By doing this I can show up every day and consistently pursue my dreams for my family, be a more present mother, build my yoga business, maintain an environmental career, choose where I live, and develop and grow love and relationships more fully. Importantly, it also helps me overcome the hardships in life from loss, grief, injuries, relationship break downs, raising children as a single parent and creating space for vulnerability, forgiveness, love and feeling more vitality and joy.
I absolutely love teaching yoga and it fills my heart and body with so much expansive energy and joy. I endeavour to help you feel and be your best, by sharing what I know from practicing and teaching yoga over the years and how much better it can make you feel.
